I cant remember thee name of the song....helpp please its been bugging me for yrs.?

ok so i can remember a guy with black hair sitting in a big chair like a thrown in like a castle and i think he was singing about a wedding .... a girl in all white white hair white dress and white shoes but her shoes where really high heels like she was litteraly standing on her toes and i can remember people all creepy looking with crazy makeup...in the end there was like black tree roots all over the screen like veins or something....it was on a music video countdown like mtv or fuse a long time ago please please please helppp!!!! thanx<33
