Is there negligence if there is a car accident and the driver was under probationary license?

In february my daughter stayed the night with a friend. Her friend had to take some stuff to someones house and the parents allowed my daughter to go with her. On the way back a deer bolted out in front of them and they swerved and struck a tree at 50 mps impacting on my daughter side of the car. My daughter sustained back (2 bulging disk and soft tissue), neck injuries (soft tissue damage) and multiple bruises and lacerations to her legs. The insurance company says there was no negligence since it was a deer. The one thing I question is the fact that the driver was in her 90 days probation license. In Indiana no one under the age of 18 can ride with someone on their probation license for 90 days without an adult present. Would this be considered negligence? Her bills are up to $22,000 and the insurance says they will only pay up to $25,000 medical and no pain and suffering. If it goes beyond $25,000 then we have to file a bodily injury claim and only then will it pay pain and suffering.

My life's falling apart because of my anxiety, anyone have advice?

I've had anxiety on and off for years now but im currently in a hugh slump which i can't seem to get out of. I get this feeling of detachment, it's so hard to describe the way my anxiety makes me feel but i get so detached from reality that it causes almost a dream like feeling that combines with the anxious and panic feelings. These feeling drive me crazy and make me feel like im losing my mind. I always try to push myself to go to the gym and get my homework done but my anxiety fights me every step of the way. I can be extremely motivated one minute and as soon as I try to act on something that would be productive my anxiety kicks in and makes it impossible. I'm so frustrated, I can't do anything anymore. I'm falling so far behind in school and im getting so out of shape, my anxiety is ruining my life. Also I've tried making an appointment with a psychiatrist but every one I could find is booked for at least 2 months. I try to exercise as much as possible and do as many productive things each day as possible to make myself feel better but my anxiety makes it so hard to get anything done. Any advice would be appreciated especially from someone who has been through this. Thanks so much

Initial Graduates are Ensigns or 2nd Lts(depends on if he took Marine Option. 2 years as an O1. 2-3 years as an O2. minimum five years as on O3. 5-7 years as an O4. 8-10 as an O5. ditto for O6. uming he is Sh!tHot and has all the stars align, earliest is 25years to be up for Flag. figure earliest he could have graduated was 22, more like 47 before he can even THINK about putting stars on.
