Are "Training" erfly Knives Legal To carry in Texas?

training erfly knives have no blade but instead a blunt piece of metal with flat edges all around. It has holes in the middle to prevent it from being sharpened and has a rounded end with no point. Im asking this because i love playing with my erfly knife but since its "illegal" to carry them in public i would like to know if this is a possible "legal" alternative.
