Stomach bug Cause gas in a baby?

It could be. Maybe I'm sharing too much, but I tend to get very gy when I'm at the tail end of a bug. Babies are so darn gy anyway it could be hard to tell. Just watch for a return of normalcy in his everyday activities and he will let you know when he's feeling better. I hope he's feeling better soon!
