What should I Do!!!!!???

Now I live in an apartment complex and as most of you know there is a lot of cats. Anyway there this one female cat that is moaning and I think she about to have kittens. I have an indoor female cat who NEVER goes out and I remember the day she had kittens she was also moaning and about 2 hours later she had the kittens. I also have a cat that's a boy who goes out sometimes and he's the reason I fixed my female cat. Anyway what should I do abut the female cat outside? It's pretty hot outside but the kitten's still might die.
