1995 bmw 740i, bolt head ripped off only 1, took off waterpump, 1/2 thread still present, it wont move, help?

i am going to apply pb blaster to it tommorrow, i need to get this screw out, does anyone know if the completely bottom screw behind the crank shaft is the small or long bolt. Are there any other methods of getting bolt out before it is broken. Here are the methods Im going to do, 1, pb blaster oil for a day or two, second apply some heat and pb blaster, third ezout if possible on a 3/16 screw, 4th weld a washer and a bolt on the threads available which is appr: half an inch, any other gheeto rigs out there if so help me out....thanks
