Asus Laptop Shutting down problem with Hcontrol.exe?

im having problems in shutting down my Asus Laptop, i know Hcontrol.exe is for its hot keys... for me to shutdown normally i have to uncheck it to the msconfig(it must not run at start-up for me to shutdown normally). i tried ending the HControl Process before shutting down but nothing happens... what should i do? the hotkeys are not working without HControl.exe, i tried recovery, i tried reinstalling it... geez.. help me please
