HI I AM A BOXER LOOKING TO CONDITION MYSELF SO I WANT A BOXER REGIME THAT IS VERY VER VERY VERY HARD!!!!!!!!!!?

I HAVE LIMITED EQUIPMENT AND TIME SO I DONT WANT IT TO BE TO TIME CONSUMING ABOUT 2 HOURS PER DAY MOST ALSO I WANT LIKE TO KNOW HOW MANY DAY I SHOULD DO THIS REGIME I ONLY HAVE A SKIPPING ROPE AND PULL UP BAR AND A FEW WEIGHTS I MAINLY WANT TO WORK ON STAMINA!!!! AND MY LEG STRENGTH I WANT IT TO INCLUDE 45 MIN JOG AND FOR THE NEXT 1 HOUR 15 MINUTE ANYTHING U TELL ME BUT I WANT IT TO BE VERY VERY HARD IWANT IT TO BE THE HARDEST BOXER REGIME EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
