Running training help?

im not a runner im a swimmer but i can still relate 2 u...... ok, when i have a swimmeet and its gettin close im quite catious of wat i eat n dnt. I will recommend u 2 stay away frm milk n cheese rite b4 a competition, thats wat my swim coach tells me due 2 some joints shiit(sum scientific reason). Eat healthy as the race approaches cauze u cant count on ur time improvin if ur body is not strong enough 4 it. Also ill tell u, that when it comes on to activities u'll have 2 sleep so u can perform well, cause even if u try n train every mornin n nite until Tuesday, u will still not do well if ur body is too tired-jus remember that. And most importantly u have 2 be confident mentally b4 thinkin of winnin a race so when u go 2 that carnival look lft then right then say to urself wat tha ****.. after all these bitches dnt even wnt it more than me, im tha best n im gonna win!
