Stats problem?

a new pain relever was designed to bring relief faster then a companys old product. A t-test for Ha: mean(pain relief time of old drug) - mean ( pain relief time new drug) > 0 was conducted at the alpha = .05 significance level. If the resulting t = 1.22 for a sample size of 19 what do we conclude about Ha?
