What can i do to help our fertility?

my DH and i have been trying for awhile. it's time for us to try again this month. what are some tricks to make his sperm more fertile or me more fertile? like, i know when guys eat oysters, that helps with the fertility or something with the sperm. are there other tricks and tips you can give me?
