Is there negligence if there is a car accident and the driver was under probationary license?

In february my daughter stayed the night with a friend. Her friend had to take some stuff to someones house and the parents allowed my daughter to go with her. On the way back a deer bolted out in front of them and they swerved and struck a tree at 50 mps impacting on my daughter side of the car. My daughter sustained back (2 bulging disk and soft tissue), neck injuries (soft tissue damage) and multiple bruises and lacerations to her legs. The insurance company says there was no negligence since it was a deer. The one thing I question is the fact that the driver was in her 90 days probation license. In Indiana no one under the age of 18 can ride with someone on their probation license for 90 days without an adult present. Would this be considered negligence? Her bills are up to $22,000 and the insurance says they will only pay up to $25,000 medical and no pain and suffering. If it goes beyond $25,000 then we have to file a bodily injury claim and only then will it pay pain and suffering.

My life's falling apart because of my anxiety, anyone have advice?

I've had anxiety on and off for years now but im currently in a hugh slump which i can't seem to get out of. I get this feeling of detachment, it's so hard to describe the way my anxiety makes me feel but i get so detached from reality that it causes almost a dream like feeling that combines with the anxious and panic feelings. These feeling drive me crazy and make me feel like im losing my mind. I always try to push myself to go to the gym and get my homework done but my anxiety fights me every step of the way. I can be extremely motivated one minute and as soon as I try to act on something that would be productive my anxiety kicks in and makes it impossible. I'm so frustrated, I can't do anything anymore. I'm falling so far behind in school and im getting so out of shape, my anxiety is ruining my life. Also I've tried making an appointment with a psychiatrist but every one I could find is booked for at least 2 months. I try to exercise as much as possible and do as many productive things each day as possible to make myself feel better but my anxiety makes it so hard to get anything done. Any advice would be appreciated especially from someone who has been through this. Thanks so much

As Christians, we have been adopted by our Father God, into His family. We are now his sons & daughters. We are now heirs to everything that God has for us. I tend to stay on the Virginia side in the Crystal City area. There are several major hotels there and deals can be had. My preference is Marriott Crystal City, which can be had for $99 or less on given nites. The location is right above the Metro station. Was hit in hamstring and now have numbness and tingling in lower leg and knee a week later? Any ideas?

I was playing kickball and was kicked or hit in the back of my leg (hamstring) and it was painfull that day but went away over the weekend. Hi there. My cat has been sick since last Thurs with an URI. I've already been to the vet and have been prescribed some antibiotics. He seems to be getting better but still is really congested. The vet said I should get these pediatric drops called Little Noses. It comes in a saline form and a decongestant form. I'm not sure which one I should get? wow i would definatley put in a complaint. I don't think you need to be concerned about what kind of actions would be taken against her. Instead I think you should focus on the fact that she is a professional and should be acting like one, it is her job to help you get better and nothing more. Every time i go to physio the physio ro kin always asks me if they can touch a spot even if it is simply my shoulder or upper back. Remember her future patients who may not get the care they need if you don't report her and she continues to act like this. Definately uncalled for.

Polymorphous Light Eruption: HELP??!?

Two weeks ago, unbearably itchy rashes formed from my knees down and from my elbow down. After being misdiagnosed with staph infection, follucellitis, and hives, I visited a skin doctor who said I definitely had polymorphous light eruption, an allergic reaction to sunlight. I am by no means an "outdoors" person so I found this weird at first. Since then I have avoided sunlight and have been using a topical creme (which has greatly reducted the itch). However, a rash is beginning to form on the bottom of my face. Could this rash be a possible allergic reaction to all of the strong medications that I was initially prescribed for staph (which I don't even have?) This is becoming more miserable by the second. Anyone who's dealt with PMLE or rashes, it would be great to hear your opinion. I appreciate it.

im having problems in shutting down my Asus Laptop, i know Hcontrol.exe is for its hot keys... for me to shutdown normally i have to uncheck it to the msconfig(it must not run at start-up for me to shutdown normally). i tried ending the HControl Process before shutting down but nothing happens... what should i do? the hotkeys are not working without HControl.exe, i tried recovery, i tried reinstalling it... geez.. help me please

I recently saw an article on tv about how two Czech babies were mixed up at birth and ended up with the wrong mothers. They are both 10 months old and now have to be returned to their "birth" mother. My kids are mixed race (I am black and my husband is white) and would never need a dna test to prove they were our kids. Although they are not white skinned luckily they have his eyes, teeth, two slightly webbed toes. Our daughter has her dad's nose and our son's nose is just like mine. It's not that they don't want to risk getting injured, it's just that some of them don't get playing time. Guille Franco hardly ever plays, Maza Rodriguez is the same, Carlos Vela gets maybe 10 minutes only, Osorio doesn't always play, Nery Castillo sometimes doesn't even get bench, Guardado has had his share of injuries (though he does play good with El Tri). Marquez and Salcido are really the only consistent ones. We need to put players in that are getting good playing time, not just the ones that are playing in Europe.

Card reading problem?

That animal was LOVED and WORTH tons (not just $ wise). Naked Dog and Jalford have the right answers here. It was the kindest thing to do to put her down. They put her down on the track because she needed at least one good front leg to get her into the ambulance. Her chances nil, she was put down there instead of letting her suffer tremendously. I can't imagine how her owner, trainer, and jockey must feel. :( How sad. I am sure they would not want their loss and the suffering of their horse broadcast all over television. I am sure that those in charge of the coverage chose to focus on Big Brown out of compasion for the owners and the filly.
